How many people can fit in one boat?
2 people. Combined weight of 500 pounds between 2 people otherwise will need to book another boat.
Do you provide spin fishing gear?
We do not provide spin fishing gear. If you’d like to bring your own spin fishing gear you’re more than welcome to.
If we have 3 people and under combined weight of 500 pounds can we book one boat.
Yes. If combined weight is under 500 pounds you may book the one boat. There is an additional $160 fee for bringing a 3rd person.
Is there a wade fishing option?
We do offer wade fishing trips but we don’t provide waders or boots. In the middle of the summer it’s hot enough to wade in the water with shoes or crocs and will actually cool you off.
Can we do a half day of fishing?
Yes. When you book a trip mention in the notes how long you’d like to fish for. It’s the same charge as a full day. When you book a trip it’s up to 8 hours of fishing. But your trip is fully customized for you.
Is wade fishing or fishing from the boat easier?
Fishing from the boat is much easier. There isn’t any trees or bushes to get stuck on. Guides are able to put the boat in the right spot close enough for you to cast to.
What is provided on a fishing trip
Guides will have all the necessary safety and fishing equipment, life jackets, first aid kit, fishing rods, flys, and sunglasses.
Guides will also provide lunch (deli sandwich), chips cookies, water, soft drinks, and snacks.
